I needed two small parts for a Delta table saw and while they did not have them in stock, I feel like they dropped everything to try to get me these parts as quickly as possible. Other national retailers said it would take about a month to special order the parts, but Kauffman was able to source the parts and get them in my hands in about a week. Kellie stayed in constant contact with me and even followed up after I received the parts to make sure everything worked out. Despite being a relatively small order, they made me feel like their most valued customer. I’ll definitely go straight to Kauffman for any service or parts needs in the future!

I needed a left fence for a 30+year old Hitachi combo chop saw and found plenty of "hits" searching for it. KF was the only one who actually had the part -- at a fair price and great shipping. Plus, when I got my dyslexic fingers screwed up trying to find the part to order it, a helpful voice on the other end of the phone line talked me in. Plus, they included a SweetTarts cousin in the package. Two thumbs up.

Kaufman Tool Repair, the GoTo site for those very hard to find parts. Found a replacement spindle for a SawZall 6507 that allowed a Quick Lock Clamp. No more allen wrenches, yeah!
